Return & Refund Policy

At Flowers at the Gables, your satisfaction is our top priority. Because our products are perishable and handcrafted to order, we have established the following policy:

All Sales Are Final Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Refunds & Replacements We stand behind the quality of every arrangement we create. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the arrangement at (305) 713-5669.

We will evaluate each case individually and offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement arrangement at no additional cost
  • Store credit for a future order

We Do Not Issue Refunds For:

  • Change of mind after the order has been placed
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
  • Recipient not available at time of delivery
  • Natural wilting after 24 hours of proper care

Proof of Delivery Our delivery team photographs every delivery as proof of completion. This photo serves as confirmation that your order was successfully delivered to the provided address.

Re-delivery Fee If a re-delivery is required due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, an additional delivery fee will apply.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled at least 8 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made less than 8 hours before delivery are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Force Majeure Flowers at the Gables is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or any other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases we will make every effort to contact you and reschedule your delivery as soon as possible.
