1. About Us Flowers at the Gables is a premium floral ecommerce business based in Coral Gables, Miami, FL 33146. We have been serving the Miami area since 2019. All arrangements are handcrafted in-house and delivered directly by our team — never outsourced to third parties.

2. Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability of flowers and delivery slots
  • We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value if a specific variety is unavailable
  • Order confirmation does not guarantee same-day delivery if placed after cutoff time
  • Same-day delivery cutoff is 2:00 PM Monday through Friday and 11:00 AM on Saturdays and Sundays

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice
  • Prices do not include applicable taxes or delivery fees
  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors at any time

4. Delivery

  • We offer delivery only — no in-store pickup is available
  • Delivery is available within our designated zip code zones in Miami-Dade County
  • Flowers at the Gables is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • A re-delivery fee will apply if a second delivery attempt is required due to customer error
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control

5. Payment

  • We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout
  • All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments
  • By completing a purchase you authorize Flowers at the Gables to charge your selected payment method

  • We collect personal information solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your order
  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties
